I was in charge of opening the new station in Mexico City. My duties included generating contracts with all departments that involved in this new flight; such as airport services, operations, security, diesel, and other companies dealing with outsourcing, sales and cargo. I also verified that all payments were correct and sent at the right times. I also attended meetings with all local authorities affiliated with airport operations.

This provided a smooth transition for British Midlands customers to British Airways during a time of transition for both companies.
